Holdem Bot version 3.1.1 has been posted

Important Upgrade

• Call Small Raises function changed from the Stack Size percentage to a new Total Investment comparison to stack size – we recommend setting this high, above 75%

• Max session By Stack Size Added

• Better Card Reading, should be less “unable to verify card” incidents when multi-tabling

• In Big Blind, In Small Blind, and In Button now recognized on all betting rounds and on subsequent action on same betting round

• Straights Needing Only 1 Card Programming Fixed, undercard straights will no longer be played for large bets but all other 3rd nut straights will

• Use OCR Option Gone – bot does this automatically when needed so no reason to ever turn it on now

• Subsequent actions on same betting round for custom coded instructions that the coder neglected to account for will now revert to options menu and/or default settings rather than the last action taken

• New variable for custom code added: BigBlindSize

• New variable for custom code added: TotalInvested (number of big blinds)

• Post-flop variables for custom coding added and enabled – complete list will be posted on the coding board tomorrow for beta testing.

All readng materials updated. Post-flop custom code variables will not be published in the user guide until beta testing is complete.

• Stack Size Recognition added to Call Small Raises Menu

• Stack Size Recognition added to Aggressive Tournament Setting (both sides)

• Stack Size Recognition added to both Fold or All In options

We still have other stuff to get done (such as adding a stack size max session feature) but wanted to get this out ASAP as it has the Full Tilt upgrade fix.

Holdem Bot version 3.0.9 has been posted

Mostly a bug-fixing uprade but an important one.

• 5d incorrectly read at Betsafe fixed

• Betsize % Stacksize (big blind to dollar amount) conversion corrected for custom coding

• Pot size bug at Full Tilt fixed

• Never Call Flush Possible Boards with Hand Below bug fixed

• Stacksize now being read at UB

Note that this version does not yet incorporate stack size recogntion into the option menu items. First we need to get the bot reading stack size at the rest of our poker rooms. (FYI there will be a price increase when that feature goes live.)

Shanky Technologies is proud to announce the release of Holdem Bot version 3.0.8 which has some exiting new features.

All users can now completely customize preflop play. If there is something you want the bot to do that isn’t available on the option menu, you can now create a simple piece of code to instruct the bot to do what you want.

Here is an example:

When (hand = AA or hand = KK)
  when raises = 0 and StillToAct >= 7 call force
  when botslastaction = call raisemax force

Add those lines to your saved profile and the bot will trap with AA and KK in early position, that is just call hoping for a raise so it can reraise all-in.

You can get as creative as you want with the new custom preflop coding feature, creating Fold or All In bots for Turbo SNG’s and anything else you can think of. Just give the new custom coding user guide a read and you’ll be designing custom profiles in no time.

Also included in the new custom profile feature is a ready-made template that will make the bot either fold or beep at you. In other words, you tell the bot which hands you want to play, it folds all the rest and beeps at you with your playable hands so you can play them yourself. This makes multi-table play much less taxing on your mental resources and keeps you sharper and better focused.

Because of these new features we are finally implementing the price increase on the license fee. However we will leave it at the ridiculously low price of $129 for a few more days to give those of you sitting on the fence a shot at a real bargain.
