Greetings Poker Sharks,
We get a lot of new members who are interested in seeing performance graphs of our poker bots from the more experienced botters. The best place to find these is in the personal players journals (a private section of our support forum), and also in the profiles marketplace on the individual profile threads. Before anybody can sell a profile in our marketplace they must produce a graph of at least 30,000+ hands (or 100+ results for an SNG/MTT profile).
I don’t spend much time in the journals section personally, but today I decided to browse just a few of the active threads which have recent posts. Some of these did have graphs posted, so I thought I would repost them publicly and share them with you. This first one was posted by member Chuck Norris and shows 19,000+ hands played using the latest “Doodle” profile in NL5 cash games at Full Tilt:
This second one is by member danv who is basically doing the same thing, that is .02/.05 blinds NL Holdem ring games at Full Tilt, and is for 11,000+ hands so far:
Both of these guys would seem to be winning at a rate of somewhere between 3 big blinds and 5 big blinds per every 100 hands played, which is about right for these stakes. The graphs show nice up-trends which can reasonably be expected to continue. Now keep in mind those winnings do not include rakeback or deposit bonus cleared. At Full Tilt you can clear the initial $600 deposit bonus in 6-8 weeks playing these NL5 games (if you play 3-4 tables for 8-10 hours per day 6 days per week) and all of that will be profit in addition to your winnings.
Both of these members are just using the free Doodle profile that comes with the bot. As a matter of fact we just posted version 80 of the Doodle a couple of days ago, and it is unquestionably the best version yet. If you haven’t seen it play lately, you should. Doodle 80 now comes in version 5.0.7 of our Holdem Poker Bot which you can download here:

Now this next graph is an interesting one from member “adreader” who created his own special profile for playing 1-table SNG’s:
These were all $2.00 + .20 Buyin NL Holdem single-table SitnGo’s, and as you can see after 500 games he is up about $150. That is pretty good for those small-stake games. Adreader learned to make his own profile using PPL by just reading the manual and fooling around with it. He will be the first to tell you that if he can do it, almost any decent poker player can. (He may decide to sell a limited number of his profiles in our marketplace soon.)
I also wanted to update you on the “rags to riches” challenge by member “cosmo27.” If you remember several months ago he started with a zero bankroll, playing freerolls and dedicating himself to strict bankroll management rules to see how far he can get. His bankroll is now up to $850 after some wild swings around the $500 mark. We are all rooting for him to cross that elusive $1,000 mark. You can keep up on that challenge here (you will need to login to the forum):

No, $850 is not earth-shattering, but remember he started with nothing and now has a nice bankroll to play around with. All hands in his challenge have been played by the poker bot, often while he was sleeping or working. We think that is pretty cool.
That’s it for now. Have fun with Doodle 80 and we’ll see you at the cage.
Sincerely,
Shanky Technologies Team
