Thought I'd share this, as I just tried it and it works, no more popup.

Found @ http://teamviewerforums.com/index.php?topic=1255.15

"To prevent Sponsored Session popup go into the registry edit "windows" + "r" regedit, and go to \HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\TeamViewerSession\shell\open\command and delete the data."

I tried this on both the computers (the logging in from and logging in to) and have had mixed results.  I still get the popup but it did appear to disable it for a little while.  After a day or so they came back
