Safe Posting Practices

It's a safe bet that this forum gets read by casino owners and poker room employees, not to mention pokerbot-hating online poker players.
Think about that before posting and save yourself possible problems. In particular, avoid these bonehead moves:
• Making your username here the same as your pokerroom username
• Posting hand histories from poker rooms (which could identify you even if you delete your own username and hand history number)
• Posting exact details about which games and limits you have been playing lately
• Posting the exact details of a particular MTT finish
• Identifying yourself to a casino by posting a converstaion you had with their support
• Posting your exact results from any recent bonus, game, or session
• Posting screenshots of a poker table you were sitting at, even if you think you did a good job of covering up everything that could identify you

I tend to read a lot of the forum's posts and this is the soundest advice on here.
The longevity of the bot depends on a single decision made by the casinos: "To allow or not allow bot playing".
The less provocative the forum is, the less the measures taken against the bot.

That's noble thought but I believe the reality lies in the bottom line dollar figure for them. They've been getting away with allowing us for years, and that's what's best for their monthly ledger.
