However, the true beauty to this profile is in the interchangeability. With just a change of a few lines at the top of each street, you can now change how the profile plays in different situations. Program the profile to play loose preflop, aggressive postflop, loose stealing. Or, Tight preflop, Loose C-Bet, passive on the flop, aggressive on the turn and river. There are a ton of different styles this profile can be programmed to play!! This also includes a rebuy section of code to allow the profile to play successful rebuy/addon tourney strategy!! Here is a list of categories that can be changed with a simple uncomment and comment of lines with more to come in the future…

  • Preflop play before the bubble (Tight/Loose/Default)
  • Stealing in Position (Tight/Loose/Default)
  • HU play (Tight/Loose/Default)
  • Shortstack Play (Tight/Loose/Default)
  • Early Stage Post Flop Play (Aggressive/Passive/Default)
  • Middle To Late Stage Post Flop Play (Aggressive/Passive/Default)
  • Continuation Bet play (Aggressive/Passive/Default)

The profile is delivered in Txt format for easy modification if desired
It also comes with an instruction manual in PDF form, for easy directions on
changing the styles of play.

This profile contains 10000+ lines of code.

Here is a brief description of the default play:

WebMttAgg is a profile that plays an extremely smart small ball approach. It starts with big betting in the early stages to gather a good chip stack. It uses the Dan Harrington "M-Zone" Push/Fold strategy and calculates exact M-Zone stages to make the correct shove. This profile makes very intelligent bluffs, steals pots and blinds with high percentages, plays implied odds and set mines in the early stages and tends to steal pots and make good calls when opponents are allin based on their stacksize, you're stacksize, and their range of pushing hands. In the mid to late stages it begins to switch gears and takes intelligent stealing opportunities. It also pushes using the same information making the profile in the lead on most showdowns. This is an excellent profile which a member took 1st in the FT Daily Double, and has recorded many other very successful prizes.

Hats off to Webber. This profile is an absolute monster. It has quickly become my favorite profile to use. I've been using it for about a week now. In that time, i've gotten 5th place twice and 6th place once. All 3 tournaments were roughly 300-500 folks. I just started using it for Micro Stakes SNG's and it absolutely wrecks. Today alone i've placed 2nd 4 times and 1st once($1 and $3 buy ins). I am extremely confident in its abilities and I'll probably test out low stakes MTT's and SNG's next.

I've actually watched this thing play for a few hours during this time as well. Even knowing it's a bot, it feels like a real player. It bluffs all streets without fear. Steals when it needs to. This is the genuine article. The only thing that would make the profile better is if it could read chip stacks(which is a bot limitation I think, not a profile one). I am 100% certain that it would play perfect ICM if it could. It makes some moves I wouldn't make if chip stacks were considered, but that is okay. It fooling destroys at the stakes I play at and I haven't had to change ANY settings. It's perfect. Plus, I don't think i'm smart enough to get granular and not screw it up. Hah. Cheers Webber. You created an automated poker pro.

Just one quick question.

I saw you defined the MTT stages for early, mid and late game by blind sizes. Did you adjust them on the avg stack size of the MTT?

Because depending on fieldsize, starting stack and starting blinds, this can be different.

Let say:

Early = avg stacksize equals 100 to 60BB to overall chips available
Mid = avg stacksize 60 to 30 BB to overall chips available
Late = avg stacksize <30BB to overall chips available

So for example we have 1000 Players with a starting stack of 10.000 each. Overall we have 10.000.000 chips at the tables. So if we start with 100BB the starting blinds are 50/100. That means, the mid stage should start at 600 players left which is equal to an avg 16666 chip stack. The late stage should start at 300 players left which is equal to 33333 avg chip stack.

So to get a good stage switch we need to have a look at the blind sizes, at the time the MTT reaches those avg stack sizes.

As far as I can see, you use static BlindSize values for the stages and a blindsize of >=200 for late stage. But if you play in a Large field MTT (3000+ players), deep or moster stack MTT with higher starting blinds, the code will start playing the mid or late game at the beginning of the MTT, where it has to be the early stage.

You have the ability to change these values to whatever you like (since the profile is in txt format)

That's why I asked, If you concepted the gameplay around the stages related to avg stacksizes. That way I only need to change 3 values.

I also saw, you have some lines specific for blindsize >= 200. If those are ment to define the late stage, i will change them too.

For SNGs it's simple. For STTs for example 3 places ITM. So you can define it by OpponentsAtTable

For MTTs its pretty complex. You need to define on which avg. blind the bubble is reached.

However, I dont use the bubble code for MTTs
