calculate the correct random number for ppl

For those who are having problems calculating the correct random numbers for their ppl profile, i have made a small excel file for download.

I have also added the reverse table, meaning if you have a profile and you want to know corresponding percentages for random actions, you can simply plug the numbers and you will get the result.

Sorry, but i dont get that file, or has someone changed it?

- it says the sum has to be 100, thats correct, but in the file it is 99?

- action 4 and 6 will never be executed, because the numbers are included in actions before, or what am i understanding wrong?
I mean for example action 4 is <=6, thats already the case in action 1, 2 and 3?

my code would be like this:

a1 <= 31
a2 <= 63
a3 <= 84
a4 = 85
a5 <= 98
a6 = 99

as i said before 100 is missing :S
can anyone explain if my thoughts are completely wrong?

download the xls file to be 100% correct.
the google docs is only to be used for quick reference if you understand the xls file.

the idea is that the code is correct if the sum is 100 and you modify the numbers so that the sum is 100 (100%). else you cannot use the generated code.
i reset the google docs file for 4 actions, 4 times 25%. check it out.
