Holding the Nut Flush card

Hi,

Is there any way to find out whether the bot holds the nut flush card but not have flush on the flushpossible board?

For example, on the River 4s 7s Jd Kd 9s, bot holds AsTh. This is important to know that if Bot holds the nut flush card As, the bot wil have nut advantage thus can play more aggressively on the river. Is there anyway to code it?
