Hey Guys, still a newbie..

I've stared at the PPL Guide and need to get clarification on a couple of things.

I'm coding for a 3 place Spin and Go.

so I'm BB, BTN Raises and SB Folds in the first round of bets.
When LastRaiserPosition  = 2 and folds = 1 <--- is this correct

I'm BB, BTN Shoves and SB folds in the first round of bets.
When LastRaiserPosition  = 2 and folds = 1 <--- how can I tell its a shove rather than a raise, and also then what is the best way to determine if the shove is actually so small it's actually all they have.

Many thanks in advance.
