Can someone please help me how to best program the following situation:

There are two pair onboard, I have either the highest fullhouse or at least the highest trips.

Example:
hand = XJ or KK on the board = K J J 9 9

when twopaironboard
  when havefullhouse and havetopset and (not havequads)......
  when havefullhouse and havetrips and overcardsonboard = 1......
