Holdem Bot Fixed for Full Tilt Upgrade on 11/11

Holdem Bot version 4.5.1 has been posted.

• Fix for yesterday’s Full Tilt upgrade.

• Entering table names for multi-tabling no longer required at Full Tilt or Bodog. (Next version should also enable this feature at Ultimate Bet and Site X).
