Omaha Hi-Lo Poker Bot Upgrade

Omaha/8 Bot Version 3.1.0 has been posted.

• Fix for recent Full Tilt upgrade

• Stack Size Recognition is now incorporated into this bot and has been added to:
- call small raises function
- fold or go all in functions
- custom code variables

• Several playing improvements, including more aggressive play with nut low draw = nut flush draw
