I want to create user variables to describe what has happened on the flop for further streets.

Is the code correct to describe the first situation?

1)
// (Villain checks, hero cbets, villain calls)
WHEN userpreflop_aggressor AND BotRaisedOnFlop AND BotsActionsOnFlop = 1 userflop_action_1A

Than how do I code the following situation?
2)
// (Villain donkbets, hero raises, villain calls)
WHEN userpreflop_aggressor AND .......................

thanks

No. A bet is a different action than a raise. If it is important that the bot only took one action on the flop then you need to set this at the beginning of the Turn.

I assume your user variable for user_preflopaggressor is set correctly:

1.
turn
When userpreflop_aggressor and not (nobettingonflop or calledonflop) and BotsActionsOnFlop = 1 userflop_action_1A

2.
flop
When userpreflop_aggressor and opponents = 1 and position = last and bets = 1 and raises = 0 user_villaindonkflop
turn
When userpreflop_aggressor and user_villaindonkflop and botraisedonflop and BotsActionsOnFlop = 1
